Products and orders
Sock Frenzy sells made-to-order socks to customers in Canada. Product descriptions, available sizes and options appear on each product page. Colours and placement may vary slightly between a screen preview and the finished item. Check your selections and shipping address before placing an order.
When you submit an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the affected item. Contact us quickly about mistakes or cancellation requests; production may start promptly and a change cannot always be made.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping to Canadian addresses is free. Payment is processed through the checkout payment provider; do not send payment card details by email.
Production and delivery
Products are made to order, so production time varies by style. Standard shipping transit to Canada is estimated at 10–25 business days after production. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See Shipping & Delivery for more information.
Problems, returns and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Made-to-order items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind or an option selected in error. Our Returns & Refunds page explains the process and your rights.
Website use
You may use this site to browse and place genuine orders. Content and designs on the site belong to Sock Frenzy or their respective owners and may not be reused commercially without permission. Please do not interfere with the site or use it fraudulently.
