Where do you ship?

We currently sell and ship to Canadian addresses. Standard shipping within Canada is free, and prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.

When will my order arrive?

Socks are made to order. Production time varies by style. After production, standard shipping to Canada is estimated at 8–15 business days. Please allow several weeks in total; dates are estimates and delivery by a specific day is not guaranteed. Read our Shipping & Delivery page.

Can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we’ll email it after shipment. You can also check your My Account page for order information.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us right away with your order number. Because production can begin quickly, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after the order is placed.

What if something arrives wrong or damaged?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. See Returns & Refunds for details.

How should I care for my socks?

Machine wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat. DO NOT BLEACH.
